  1.        Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

  3. All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
  4. alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
  5. for a description of the format allowed here.  The codes in the distributed
  6. version of this file are for an Epson-compatible dot matrix printer, but you
  7. may alter these to suit your needs.  To make it easier for people to read the
  8. printer sequences, I have used blanks to separate characters, and commas to
  9. separate multi-character printer commands.  Most of these delimiters are
  10. not required by the routine which reads this file.

  14.   \e A 6 = 6/72 inch line feed (12 lines per inch)
  15.   \e A 9 = 9/72 inch line feed (8 lines per inch)
  16.   \e S 0 = superscript mode
  17.   0xf or 15 = compressed print
